don't have the skills?

don't know what to do with them if you had them?

don't have any recipes?

Or - you do have some of the above, but lack the courage to 'have a go' at making Indian dishes. The Spice of Life aims to put a stop to all that!

As with all recipes, getting the ingredients right is what matters. With some recipes, the actual ingredients are not so important, as in the case of soups. You can make soup out of almost anything. Whether it's edible or not is another matter. But one of the secrets of getting Indian and Asian cuisine right is by starting off with the right ingredients in the correct amounts. At The Spice of Life, our Spicy Single Serving Sachet accomplishes all that in one single packet. We have designed nine separate spice or curry mixes - Masalas:- Masala is a term used in South Asian cuisines (including Indian, Bangladeshi, and Pakistani cuisines) to describe a mixture of spices. A masala can either be a combination of dried (and usually dry roasted) spices, or a paste (such as vindaloo masala) made from a mixture of spices and other ingredients—often garlic, ginger, and onions. It is used extensively in Indian cooking to add spice and flavour. (Information from Wikipedia)

Each Spicy Single Serving Sachet gives you enough spice mix to enable you to make a main meal for four to five persons and you don't just get one sachet for £5.50, you get TWO sachets for £5.50 and FREE p&p. All you have to do is to add a sachet to your meat selection of choice, rub it into the meat, place spice mix and your meat into a Ziploc bag and marinade for at least an hour, preferably overnight if possible, and then cook; in the case of vegetables, stir it in and let that marinade for one to three hours before cooking; or follow the enclosed cooking guidelines included with every order. All our Masalas are equally good for making vegetarian dishes. In fact India is probably more famous for its vegetarian dishes, than it is for its meat dishes. All you have to do is to mix the masala of your choice with your selected vegetables, leave to marinade for one to three hours, then cook in your normal way, or follow the cooking instructions supplied with every order.
